Block Proficiency (Perfect Block) Teams

There's been a lot of chat recently about how to build a team that can receive 0/minimal damage when blocking.  There's only a handful of champs that will "Perfect Block" through their own abilities, Cap, DD and Strange but you can build team that can do the same through block proficiency synergy and mastery.

Here's a guide I got from We Are Groot alliance site

Alliance Wars

Similar to Alliance Quests, we can now fight directly against other Alliances via Wars, good times!  It needs a strategy though to to plan ahead and ensure link nodes are taken out in the correct order so players don't encounter harder nodes.  Also nodes to avoid are 38/45, not worth the struggle to overcome the thorns nodes.

UPDATE:

Let's use 1/2*s in defense!

BC has signed us up with other alliances to agree to make exploring AW easier and more fun!  Who wants to struggle to get past nodes and use up potions/units.  We should leave a 4* as the boss to make it a slightly challenging, so winner will be random.

Strategy

We also need to look ahead to see what attack champs to bring in, so make sure you spectate the match first to check things out and bring in someone who can counter a difficult boss like duped Wolverine, Guillotine SP2 can overcome his regen, or Ultron would ideally need a duped Cap/Miss Marvel to defeat him with her energy absorption ability.  August and Stoniu have proved though you can beat bosses with great gameplay.  So in some cases, it might be better not to choose Guillotine or Cap/Miss Marvel in your defense team.

NOTE: I would recommend bringing in Guillotine for the following bosses, Wolverine, Ultron, Venom, duped SIM

9 players are required to hit most of the nodes and the 10th player can act as a backup if someone encounters a difficult node.

Here's a link to a cool interactive diagram of the map which shows the paths, links and info on the nodes:

NOTE: As players are in different timezones and have other priorities, we have to be flexible enough to take on paths that are available when we logon to the game, so as _avengers mentioned, it might be best to adopt a first come first serve approach BUT paths do need to be taken in an appropriate order to take out links first.

The Centre path is now a key path to be taken out first, with two players helping each other on each side.

Left and Right paths remain the same but also rely on the Centre linked nodes to be removed first.

We also need to defeat Left and Right mini-bosses before taking on the main boss which I think is a good move by Kabam, relies more on teamwork to complete the map.  Of course makes things more challenging but that's what I think makes things more interesting and fun!

Need to take middle paths first
